As a Sales and Service Associate, you’ll assist the Personal Bankers with client sales or service issues, such as loan document preparation and important customer service requests. You’ll also contribute directly to the success of the firm by referring customers to a Personal Banker. As a Sales and Service Associate with Chase, your day will be spent having professional, friendly and gratifying interactions with both customers and team members.
Qualifications
At least two years customer service or sales experience required
Related work experience in retail or financial services preferred
Comfortable meeting and talking with people, including calling prospects and customers
