A huge and diverse convention
If you play just about any kind of game or like SciFi and related materials this is one convention you should not miss.

First. The place is huge. There were more things going on than you could possibly see in the time the convention runs. I am an old hand at conventions and I still couldn't see and do everything I wanted to. The dealers room alone takes hours to go through.

Unlike many gaming oriented conventions there was also a wide arrary of panel discussions and presentations, including those we did about The Realms of Legend - Fantasy and Historic Themed Educational and Ecological Entertainment Facility, and The Historic and Ecological Living Medieval Society, AKA HELMS.

The convention draws tens of thousands of fans and gamers and is considered by many to be the finest game and fannish oriented convention in the world.

I was very impressed to see it growing so well and to see all the great new things they are doing and can't say enough about the courtesy and quality of the staff and volunteers.

It is without a doubt a convention that should not be missed. - Verminator , posted 07/09/05
