For tribe editors, the website is FlyingTigerChinese.com The Flying Tiger Chinese Restaurant has been serving excellent Szechuan cuisine since 1989. Owned and operated by three generations of the Liu family, "The Tiger" is an icon of Fairborn; a unique place to eat that exists nowhere else. The food is excellent; General Tso's Chicken, Mongolian Beef, Princess Shrimp, Shredded Pork with Yu Hsiang Sauce, Double Wonder... you name it, it's all delicious! Vegetarian dishes are incredible as well, like Mala Green Beans, Buddha’s Delight and Dry Tofu with Onions and Green Peppers. My family adores hot food and ethnically genuine diverse foods. This restaurant has been a favorite since the day it opened, with menus titled Fling Tiger....the Chinese printers couldnt get why a word needed both I and Y in it lol.
