Shake It Records is simply one of the best record stores in the country. For people who love places like Amoeba, Great Escape, et al, you have to visit Shake It. They have an incredibly diverse collection of music, books, toys, and other goodies to check out. The basement is loaded with vinyl! Darren has a music encyclopedia for a brain, so don't be afraid to ask questions. He always has a good recommendation. With Ma & Pa running out of business on a regular basis, Cincinnati is extremely fortunate to have a thriving shop like Shake It around. - Kevin "Nevik" , posted 05/04/08 |
